New Moon in Aries: This is an exciting and active time when it comes to setting goals for yourself. All matters of positive health and body image goals should be set at the time of this New Moon. This is a lunation that deals with committing to oneself. Seek like minded friends, or online support to help you best achieve these goals. Group ritual can be extremely positive for you. Consider writing your intentions in a journal, or hit the road and take a trip alone to rebalance yourself.

Find a way to say farewell to those people, situations, and bad habits. While change is scary, its a necessary part of the process of renewal. You’ll find relief in what comes after the dust settles. When a door closes, a window opens.
