Analysis: This is a mystical and magical Full Moon in Pisces. The Sun and Moon make their monthly opposition in the mutable water sign of Pisces. Full moons are known for being a time of magnification and magic, and with this lunation, it will be nothing short of otherworldly. Pisces is a deeply connected and intuitive zodiac sign. During the time of this Moon, activities like dream work and astral travel will be highlighted. Profound subconscious truths can be unearthed now. Pisces is associated with creative pursuits and the planet Neptune. Music and water will be exceptional channels for collective energy. Integrating these into your magical rituals or routine will bring about profound psychic insights. This Moon will bring out our compassionate side and the need to cut through anything hazy to make room for healing and connectedness. Being of service is a lesson from our fishy friends when the Moon is in Pisces. It’s an excellent time to balance out practicality thanks to the Sun in Virgo. These energies can be exceptionally helpful in forgiveness and practicing compassion.

The same intense cardinal squares are still very much in play as they have been in recent weeks. Cardinal planets are finding themselves in stressful angles pressing us to make changes and keep things moving. Often these frictional energies bring about frustration or disappointments. Venus in Cancer is pressured by Mars in Aries, suggesting passions run hot and the need to reflect on our emotions. Where is the past holding you back and not allowing you to break free? Simultaneously Venus is opposite strict Saturn and intense Pluto in Capricorn. Here we see a wave of limitations and stop signs when it comes to our love and values. On the axis of Cancer and Capricorn, we see this play out through the lens of home versus career. For others, it may bring about control issues with delays in love or financial security. Mars in Aries is slowing down and rolling into his retrograde cycle in the days ahead. We are likely facing setbacks and frustrations in delays in moving forward. The question is, how hard are you willing to work for love and relationships? Whatever is coming up now is likely to test your patience, but for good reasons. These delays and restrictions are a result of long-running issues relating to unfulfilled desires.

The star of this lunation, in my opinion, would have to be the incredible number of aspects to Mercury during this Full Moon. Mercury is the messenger god, sent to be the go-between the spirit and earthly realm. Responsible for conversations, messages, and all forms of delivery. I imagine in the weeks ahead; the ongoing USPS issues will come front and center. Mercury is exalted in his favorite sign of Virgo. Practical and down to details in this zodiac sign, don’t expect any breaks when it comes to how you communicate. Here Mercury wants to help get to the bottom of what’s wrong and make it better. This can be excellent energy for making to-do lists and connecting with health and wellness professionals. Pets and their health do well here too, and you may find yourself doing everything from scheduling vet check-ups to looking for a new furry friend to adopt. Mercury makes contact with powerful Pluto and Saturn, suggesting these power players want you to dig deep and get the facts before making any big decisions. Deep and profound emotional and psychological insights can make their way to the surface due to this Moon.

The psychic emphasis is further magnified due to Jupiter and Pluto’s aspects to Neptune in Pisces. Here we begin to breakdown the hidden secrets and mysticism that goes on behind the scenes. This will be an aspect at play for still another several months and allows us the chance to unearth something that’s taking power from or possibly even draining us. If something or someone is hiding something, chances are this is where we begin to see the cracks in the story. Mercury stands in opposition to Neptune on this Moon, helping us make out way through Neptune’s murky waters. Here there is a chance of being manipulated or conned. Watch out for false prophets and saviors around the time of this New Moon. It’s not an ideal time to be signing contracts, or agreeing to anything significant in terms of agreements or vehicles. Let this energy shake out for a solid week or two before moving forward in the topics mentioned above. Neptune speaks with feelings and emotions, agitating Mercury, who just wants a cut and dry answer. Allow yourself to move through this Moon and turn into your intuition, likely it’s trying to tell you something.

As we navigate the celestial currents of 2025, a unique astrological event awaits: both Venus and Mercury will be retrograde simultaneously. Venus will transition from Aries to Pisces during its retrograde, while Mercury will retrograde in Aries. This rare cosmic alignment offers a profound opportunity for introspection, reassessment, and personal growth. When these two influential planets appear to move backward in the sky, their retrograde energies prompt us to slow down and reevaluate critical aspects of our lives. While the experience may seem challenging, it ultimately serves as a chance to heal, reset, and reconnect with our true desires and intentions.
